Mexico, a country ravaged by the violence of drug trafficking cartels, recorded 33,513 missing persons until 2017, according to official figures. One of the most emblematic cases was the disappearance and presumable massacre of 43 students from Guerrero (south) in 2014, in hands of police colluded with drug traffickers. / AFP PHOTO / RONALDO SCHEMIDT 18/12/2017 - 12:12
